
Mark Inkrott is a School Marketing Manager with The American Dairy Association Mideast. Before coming to the dairy association he played tight end in the NFL for the New York Giants and the Cologne Centurions of the NFL Europe league. While a member of the Giants, Inkrott took part in after school and mentoring programs funded by the NFL for at risk youth in New Jersey as well as New York City.
Inkrott continues to reach out to youth through his efforts with The American Dairy Association Mideast as a keynote speaker to groups of students as well as teams about setting and accomplishing goals in life from a scholastic, athletic, and fitness/nutrition focus. In addition to public speaking, Inkrott’s role as Marketing Manager includes consulting with school nutrition professionals, coaches and school business administrators about wellness and nutrition policy.
Originally from Ottawa, Ohio, Inkrott earned Bachelor’s degrees in English and Psychology from the University of Findlay in 2002. While a student athlete at Findlay, Inkrott earned Academic All League, Most Valuable Player, and Team Captain awards in each of his final two years with the Oilers. A member of one National Championship Team, Inkrott has left his mark in several of the University’s all time leading receiving records.
